Corrections
Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this website. Therefore it is not possible to guarantee that information will always be completely up to date and free from errors. The descriptions of goods and services included in the Jennifer Welch Gallery website are accurate to the best of our knowledge and we do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. However, you should be aware that the colours and appearance of images may vary very slightly from the way they appear on the screen.

The Images and designs used on the Jennifer Welch Gallery website are the property of Jennifer Welch Gallery or their respective copyright owners. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.
Returns
All goods are expertly packaged and we are confident that your purchase will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged, please e-mail immediately to info@jenniferwelchgallery.com stating the nature of the damage to the packaging and goods. This will allow us to investigate, and we can issue you with an authorised returns number. We will require the original packaging, invoice and goods purchased within 7 days of your notice to cancel. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, then please return it within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging and in perfect saleable condition. A refund for the full amount of the artwork will be paid back to you within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. Shipping/ postage costs are non-refundable.

Applicable Law
The contract between us shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Scottish Law and Scottish Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
Privacy
Jennifer Welch Gallery does not sell or trade any of your personal details to third parties. You occasionally may receive information on new art-works from us that we believe is relevant to you as a result from your initial contact. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you wish to alter the e-mail address which we hold for you or to be removed from our mailing list.
If you are interested in sourcing works by, books or information on a particular artist or of a specific period, please let us know and we will endeavour to assist you in your search. A small fee is normally payable for this service although this will normally be waived if you are purchasing goods from us.
Ordering
To facilitate your purchase, we recommend using the secure online payment system we have provided through PayPal by clicking on the 'buy' buttons next to the artwork of your choosing. There are no charges for the use of this service.
Jennifer Welch Gallery also accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB, MasterCard, American Express & Maestro (Switch) on the gallery premises at 79 Kenneth Street, Inverness, where you are most welcome should you prefer to visit us in person.

Postage
Prints are despatched to UK mainland in a postal tube at a cost of £4.95 p&p for up to 5 prints or £9.50 p&p for 6 prints or more. Giclee prints, where noted, will need to be sent flat packed, for this service we charge £9.50 for any quantity sent in this manner.
For areas out with the UK please contact us for postage costs.
Original Paintings are sent within the UK at a cost dependent upon the size and nature of the art-work that you have selected. If you have purchased more than one painting, they will normally be packaged and shipped separately. The following price guide applies:
- Code A = £58.75
- Code B = £69.50
- Code C = £84.50
- Code D = £96.20
- Code E = Sent FREE of charge
Please contact the gallery if you require goods to be shipped out with the UK and we will be happy to give you a quote. For purchases delivered outside the European Union, you will automatically be responsible for all applicable duties.
Once your order has been placed and paid for by PayPal this will be confirmed by e-mail. We aim to despatch all prints within 48 hours, and you should receive these within 4 working days (UK mainland)
You can generally assume that if you buy a painting from us, you will receive it within two to three weeks of placing your order through PayPal.
Delivery times do vary, however, based on product availability and the nature of the unique work. An e-mail will be sent to confirm despatch of your goods.
